With only 5 spaces available in each session and a coach on hand, your training will be set up just for you. Utilising resistance and weight training, you get your own training plan that changes every 3 weeks and works on strength, toning and fat loss. All the exercises will be shown to you and I will be on hand to make sure you training right for your goals.
A big impact on your results is what you do outside of your gym session. This is why I have the support at RRT, as from time to time you will have questions and queries and feel lost. The support for all the RRT lads is done via email, a private website and weekly texts and check ins at the gym.
Nutrition is key if you want the best results. With so many diet plans out there which one do you follow?? At RRT we set up the diet plan to suit you and your lifestyle. No need to cut out foods, take unnecessary supplements, or any of that rubbish. You get simple options to follow and with our fortnightly check in, you have no need to worry about things not working.
RRT small group pt was set up for a complete change to your normal gym and fitness class. Banter and fun is at the forefront, and because we are all over 30's lads, we all have similar goals. Its a gym that is non intimidating, has no mirrors or clowns taking selfies..... just a group of lads that work and train hard and include the odd bit of banter too
